Bakena Bal Batika School has organised a two day training session on Friday and saturday (25 and 26 OF Jestha) for teachers, focusing on the crucial aspects of classroom management and behavior management and language development too.. the training session aims to equip teachers with the necessary skills and strategies to create an engaging , effective and well managed classroom environment. Through interactive and reflective methods, the session will explore various classroom management techniques including behavior management such as "Assertive Discipline".
Effective classroom management is a cornerstone of a successful learning experience. the training will delve into ways to design interesting support and motivate students and fosters a collaborative learning atmosphere,. By attending this training session, the teachers will gain the knowledge and tools needed to create a well managed, engaging and inclusive classroom environment ultimately contributing to the holistic development of their students.
